Level 3 Coaching Course

England Netball are delighted to be able to provide you with details of the new Level 3 Netball Coaching qualification. We have been working closely with the awarding body to produce the best available netball programme possible and we thank you for your patience.

We are offering the first 3 days in both the Midlands and North East of the country to meet the needs of those who have shown an interest.

12, 13 & 14 July ‘07 – Northumbria University, 9 – 5pm on all 3 days

27, 28 & 29 January ‘08 – Nottingham Trent University, 9 – 5 pm on all 3 days

The delivery of the programme has been mapped to fit with the seasonal calendar hence the rather short notice for the first delivery in July.

The cost of the UKCC qualifications is significantly higher than the previous awards. This is because they are nationally recognised qualifications and meet the UKCC quality standards. The total fee for Level 3 will be £1,200 (£150 per day). Therefore, the cost of the first 3 day weekend will be £450.

Accommodation will be additional but England Netball has negotiated a very reasonable rate with The Thistle Hotel in Nottingham and the University of Northumbria.

I would be grateful if you could carefully read all the enclosed detailed information before applying for a place. Places will be offered to those who meet the entry criteria, who have been on the waiting list for over 2 years, and then on a first come, first served basis.

The closing date for completed applications is 18 June 2007 for Northumbria and the 26 October for Nottingham.

The 3-day workshop promises to be exciting and challenging. Top national tutors will be in attendance throughout, to support, motivate, educate and mentor your progress and to create a comfortable environment.
